Red flower card with very nice frame and how to design it with Photoshop.

A flower, sometimes known as blossom,It is the reproductive structure of the plant .The people liked the flowers and using it to beautify their environment .Some also liked to wear the flowers. 
I liked very much the red flowers ,so I chose for it very new frame . That silver frame .You can add it also to the dark pictures .It is little bit hard and needs sensitive hands . I used for the photo of the flower the Crop tool and the Transform .

For the frame I used the Custom shape tool ,and the liquify filter to give the frame your own taste and look .

 HOW TO MAKE?

     Open the picture you like in Photoshop .

• Go to custom shape tool and choose the frame you like [I used the frame 6 from the shapes] ,no style, and the color white .
• Draw the frame around the picture .

•  Now go to the filter menu and choose liquify ,you will got a warning that the layer should be rasterized  click OK, it will open liquify . Chose the Forward Wrap Tool.This tool will liquify the pixels so you can change the shape of the festoons to the shape you like .
• After you finish click OK if you do not like click cancel to be back to the document .
• Now select the layer of the frame ,then go to the add layer style to add thickness  to the frame,and add bevel and Emboss .If you like add stroke and the other options its up to you and your taste.
• Save your work .
