A forest also referred to as a wood or the woods .It is an area with a high density of trees. A forest is an area of land with many trees. Many animals need forests to live and survive. Forests are very important and can be found all over the World. Many forests are being cut down for houses to be built because of overpopulation. This cutting down of forests is called deforestation and it is causing damage to the natural habitat of animals. Even roads have been built for the peoples to pass through the forest to reach their destination. People have gotten rid of forest to build towns cities, farms, factories and other things that we will use.

Distribution of forests 

Forests can be found in all regions capable of sustaining tree growth, at altitudes up to the tree line, except where natural fire frequency or other disturbance is too high, or where the environment has been altered by human activity. 

The tree line is the edge of the habitat at which trees are capable of growing. Beyond the tree line, they are unable to grow because of inappropriate environmental conditions (usually cold temperatures, insufficient air pressure, or lack of moisture) 

I tried to imagine the forest, and designed that picture to show what is in my mind .I collected some trees and plants like grass .I added also some animals like the zebra and some birds. I liked the view of the butterflies so I added some also. I collected all of that in an art work around a nice small house in an artistic way as what I imagined. I put that artwork in on frame.

I hope you will like it. I need your opinion.

 من المعلوم ان الغابات هى ارض ذات كثافه عاليه من الاشجار و الحيوانات 

حاولت ان اتخيل الغابات فرسمتها كما ترون اضفت بعض الاشجار مع الاعشاب والطيور مع بعض الحيوانات مثل الحمار الوحشى الذى ربما يتواجد هناك.و جمعت كل هذه الاشياء و الكائنات حول بيت صغير اشبه بالكوخ ليتناغم مع ما حوله .محاولتهً أن تكون لوحه فنيه معبره عما تخيلته و أرجو ان تكون رقيقه كذلك.

Sunglasses or sun glasses are a form of protective eyewear designed primarily to prevent bright sunlight and high-energy visible light from damaging or discomforting the eyes. They also help cancel out harmful ultraviolet radiation (UV) rays from the sun and blue light, which can cause several serious eye problems . They can sometimes also function as a visual aid .

Ultraviolet (UV) light is electromagnetic radiation with a wavelength shorter than that of visible light, but longer than X-rays, in the range 10 nm to 400 nm, and energies from 3eV to 124 eV. It is named because the spectrum consists of electromagnetic waves with frequencies higher than those that humans identify as the color violet.
Although ultraviolet is invisible to the human eye, most people are aware of the effects of UV through the painful condition of sunburn, but the UV spectrum has many other effects, both beneficial and damaging, to human health.

Functions of the sunglasses :

* Visual clarity and comfort ,

Sunglasses can improve visual comfort and visual clarity by protecting the eye from glare [ Glare is difficulty seeing in the presence of bright light such as direct or reflected sunlight or artificial light such as car headlamps at night.] 

* Protection
Sunglasses offer protection against excessive exposure to light, including its visible and invisible components.
 

* Further functions of sunglasses
   To be used in sports ,space ,and  under water .

  كان لدى دائما احساس ان كثير من الناس لاتعرف ما هى مضادات الاكسده و ما هى فائدتها ولهذا فكرت ان اكتب هذا المقال المبسط عنها ارجو ان يكون مفيد

اولا ما هى الاكسده 

    الاكسده هى احدى هذه الاشياء

  اولا: اكتساب الاكسجين

 ثانيا : فقد الهيدروجين 

ثالثا :فقد الكترون من الذره 

من المعلوم ان عمليه الاكسده ينتج عنها نواتج للتفاعل تدخل فى سلسله من التفاعلات التى يكون من نواتجها مواد تؤثر على صحه الخلايا ونشاطها وقد تؤدى الى موت الخلايا ولهذا فان مضادات الاكسده هى جزيئات قادره على تثبيط الاكسده اى منع حدوثها فتقطع سلسله التفاعلات المؤديه الى مرض الخليه و الذى قد يسبب الاوراض بالفعل للجسم

I had the the feeling that some people do not know, what is Antioxidants ? and that it is so important in our life.
So I selected that article .I hope it will be nice ,and useful .

First of all what is Oxidation ? 
Oxidation is one of these things

1.  Gaining of Oxygen .
2. Losing of Hydrogen .
3. Losing of Electrons .

An antioxidant is a molecule capable of inhibiting the oxidation of other molecules.
Oxidation reactions can produce free radicals. In turn, these radicals can start chain reactions. When the chain reaction occurs in a cell, it can cause damage or death of the cell because of the end result of the reaction.
 Antioxidants terminate these chain reactions by removing free radical intermediates, and inhibit other oxidation reactions. They do this by being oxidized themselves, so antioxidants are often reducing agents such as thiols, ascorbic acid ( the precursor of vitamin C) or polyphenols.
Although oxidation reactions are crucial , and important for life, they can also be damaging ;  hence, plants and animals maintain complex systems of multiple types of antioxidants, such as vitamin C, and vitamin E as well as enzymes . Low levels of antioxidants  cause oxidative stress and may damage or kill cells .
As oxidative stress appears to be an important part of many human diseases .
Antioxidants are widely used as ingredients in dietary supplements and have been investigated for the prevention of diseases such as cancer, coronary heart disease and even altitude sickness.
Although initial studies suggested that antioxidant supplements might promote health, later large clinical trials did not detect any benefit and suggested instead that excess supplementation is harmful.

Types Antioxidants 
Antioxidants are classified into two broad divisions, depending on whether they are soluble in water (hydrophilic) or in lipids (hydrophobic).

• Vitamin C or Ascorbic acid

It is a monosaccharide oxidation-reduction catalyst found in both animals and plants . Ascorbic acid is required for the conversion of the procollagen to collagen , so it is important for the skin .humans must obtain it from the diet ,it is produced in the human body and is acquired in the diet .
Found in,   Fresh Fruits and vegetables .

• Vitamin E. 

Like Vit C   it is produced in the human body and is acquired in the diet .

Found in ,Vegetable oils

• Uric acid. 

• Melatonin .

• Carotenoids ,carotenes .

Found in , Fruit, vegetables and eggs

Eyes are organs that detect light, and convert it to electro-chemical impulses in neurons.In higher organisms the eye is a complex optical system which collects light from the surrounding environment; regulates its intensity through a diaphragm; focuses it through an adjustable assembly of lenses to form an image; converts this image into a set of electrical signals; and transmits these signals to the brain, through complex neural pathways that connect the eye, via the optic nerve, to the visual cortex and other areas of the brain.The simplest "eyes", such as those in microorganisms, do nothing but detect whether the surroundings are light or dark, which is sufficient for the entrainment of circadian rhythms.
From more complex eyes, retinal photosensitive ganglion cells send signals along the retinohypothalamic tract to the suprachiasmatic nuclei to effect circadian adjustment.

Types of eyes
There are ten different eye layouts .Eye types can be categorized into "simple eyes", with one concave photoreceptive surface, and "compound eyes", which comprise a number of individual lenses laid out on a convex surface. Note that "simple" does not imply a reduced level of complexity or acuity.
It will be so long and complicated to write the types .

Eye color 
Eye color is a polygenic phenotypic character and is determined by the amount and type of pigments in the eye's iris.Humans and other animals have many phenotypic variations in eye color, as blue, brown, gray, green, and others.
The genetics of eye color are complicated, and color is determined by multiple genes. 
Three main elements within the iris contribute to its color: the melanin content of the iris pigment epithelium, the melanin content within the iris stroma, and the cellular density of the iris stroma.In eyes of all colors, the iris pigment epithelium contains the black pigment, eumelanin.
Eye colors can range from the most common color, brown, to the least common, green.Eye colors range from the darkest shades of brown to the lightest tints of blue .

Changes in eye color 
In all populations, children are most commonly born with unpigmented eyes.
Changes (lightening or darkening) of eye colors during puberty, early childhood, pregnancy, and sometimes after serious trauma (like heterochromia) do represent cause for plausible argument to state that some eyes can or do change, based on chemical reactions and hormonal changes within the body.

العين هي شبكة كروية وقطر عين الإنسان البالغ يصل إلى 2.5 سم تقع العين في مقدمة الجمجمة محمية داخل محجر العظمي، والعين قادرة على التحرك داخل المحجر بصورة حرة بمساعدة جهاز معقد من العضلات الطولية والعرضية المحيطة بالعين داخل المحجر.و في منطقة الحاجبين يبرز عظم الجمجمة لحماية العين من الاصابات الخارجية ومعروف ان للعين 6 عضلات خاصة تحركها 

العين هي عضو يلتقط الضوء الذي تعكسه الأشياء، وهي المسؤولة عن الإبصار. وهي عبارة عن مستقبل حسي يتفاعل مع الضوء الصادر من الشيء المريء أو المنعكس منه ويقوم عضو(الشبكية) في العين بتحويل هدا الضوء لسيالة عصبية التي تنقل عبر الاعصاب ومن تم نحو الباحة البصرية الموجودة في الدماغ

Layla Mourad 

Here is a picture of an old famous Egyptian singer and actress. Her name was Layla Mourad .
Leila Mourad was born in Al Daher, Cairo on February 17, 1918 to an Egyptian of Moroccan Jewish descent father, Zaki Mourad, a respected singer and musician in the twenties, and to a Jewish mother whose family is from Poland, Gamilah "Salmon" who gave birth to Layla, Isak, Ibrahim, Malak, Mounir[ Moureac.then change his name to Moumir ] and Samihah. Her brother Mounir Mourad was an actor and composer.
Egyptian Jewish composer Dawood Hussnei, who composed the first Operetta in the Arabic language, helped her start her career .
Further success came when the prominent Egyptian composer Mohammed Abdel Wahab heard her singing and gave her a role in his film Yahia el Hob (Viva Love!) in 1938. 

In 1953, she was selected, over Umm Kulthum, as the official singer of the Egyptian revolution.


Her Marriages
Leila Mourad married Anwar Wagdi (1947–1954), a Muslim, over the objection of her father, the Jewish singer Zaki Murad. They were married and divorced three times. Leila gives the reason for her divorces as the fact that she was not fully aware of the seriousness of Wagdi's disease and hence his irritability. Later she married Waguih Abaza, and then film director Fatin Abdul Wahab and she gave birth to their son Zaki Fatin Abdul Wahab, and finally divorced in 1969.

Leila Murad died in a hospital in Cairo in 1995.

 مطربة وممثلة مصرية وتعتبر ابرز ممثلة في السينما المصرية في عصرها الكلاسيكي وواحده من ابرز نجمات السينما المصرية على الاطلاق وواحدة من اثنان في تاريخ السينما المصرية أنتجت لهما أفلام بأسمائهما إضافةً إلى إسماعيل ياسين

ولدت في 17 فبراير1918 بالأسكندرية لأسرة يهودية الاصل والدها هو المغني والملحن إبراهيم زكي موردخاي "زكي مراد" الذي قام بأداء أوبريت العشرة الطيبة الذي لحنه الموسيقار سيد درويش، وأمها جميلة سالومون يهودية من القاهرة من اصل بولندى

إسلامها والشائعات

كانت قد أعلنت إسلامها وتوفيت مسلمة، وبرغم مالحق بها من تهم "مغرضة" طالتها بعد ثورة يوليو وتحديداً بعد سنة 1956 بدعوى إنها تبرعت مادياً لإسرائيل وتم التحقيق معها في وقائع شهيرة وثبتت براءتها من كل مانسب إليها. إضافة إلى أنها لم تزر إسرائيل نهائيا في حياتها

وذكر ابنها زكى فطين عبد الوهاب انها لم تتمكن من أداء فريضة الحج فى أحد السنوات فقررت أن تغنى أغنية "يا رايحين للنبى الغالى" وانها كانت تحرص على تحفيظ اولادها القرآن الكريم و كانت تحضرأحد المشايخ كل يوم جمعه بعد الصلاة ليقرأ القرآن فى المنزل 

زواجها 

تزوجت أنور وجدي الذي انفصلا بالطلاق ثم تزوجت من وجيه أباظة وأنجبت منه ابنها أشرف ثم فطين عبد الوهاب الذي أنجبت منه ولدها زكي  

وفاتها 

   توفيت ليلى مراد فى القاهره فى 21 نوفمبر 1995 وكانت قد اوصت قبل وفاتها بأن يصلى على جثمانها فى مسجد السيده نفيسه بالقاهره وتدفن بالمقابر هناك

Red Pyramid of Snefru at Dahshur هرم سنفرو الأحمر بدهشور

هرم سنفرو الأحمر: 

شيده الفرعون سنفرو والد الملك خوفو فى دهشور بالقرب من القاهره ويسمى ايضا الهرم الشمالى وهو الاكبر بين الاهرامات الثلاث الرئيسيه التى بناها الملك سنفرو فى جبانة دهشور 

التسميه

سمى بالهرم الأحمر نظرا للون حجارته المائل للحمره ويسميه السكان المحليين بالهرم الوطواط 

لم يكن الهرم احمر فى بادئ الامراذ انه كان مغطى بطبقه بيضاء من الحجر الجيرى وعندما ازيلت هذه الطبقه ظهرت الاحجار ذات اللون الاحمر من تحتها تاركه الغطاء الابيض فقط على الاركان السفليه للهرم    

وهو الهرم الثالث من حيث الحجم بعد هرمى خوفو و خفرع بالجيزه عندما اكتمل بناؤه كان اعلى بنيان اقامه الانسان فى العالم فى ذلك الوقت و يعتقد انه المحاوله الناجحه الاولى لتشييد هرم حقيقى املس الجوانب 

تاريخ إنشاء الهرم الأحمر 

كان الهرم الثالث الذى بناه الفرعون سنفرو من المملكه القديمه 

فالهرم الاول الذى بناه الفرعون سنفرو فكان هرم ميدوم الذى انهار من قديم الزمان 

 اما الهرم الثانى فكان الهرم الملتوى او المنحنى لان زاويه انحداره تغيرت بشكل كبير و فجائى من 54 الى 43 درجه ميل اثناء تشييده 

وقد كان الهرم الثالث هو الهرم الاحمر موضوعنا اليوم 

يعتقد يعض علماء الآثار ان هرم ميدوم هو اول محاوله لبناء هرم املس مستور الجوانب 

ويتكون الهرم من الداخل من ثلاث حجرات تربطها ممرات

The Red Pyramid, also called the North Pyramid .It is the largest of the three major pyramids located at the Dahshur necropolis.Built by Khufu's father, Snefru .

The name 
 Named for the rusty reddish hue of its stones, it is also the third largest Egyptian pyramid, after those of Khufu and Khafra at Giza. At the time of its completion, it was the tallest man-made structure in the world. It is also believed to be the world's first successful attempt at constructing a "true" smooth-sided pyramid. Local residents refer to the Red Pyramid as el-haram el-watwat, meaning the Bat Pyramid.
The Red Pyramid was not always red. It used to be cased with white Tura limestone, but only a few of these now remain at the pyramid's base on the corner. During the Middle Ages much of the white Tura limestone was taken for buildings in Cairo, revealing the reddish limestone.

Its History 
It was the third pyramid built by Old Kingdom Pharaoh Sneferu, and is located approximately one kilometer to the north of the Bent Pyramid. It is built at the same shallow 43 degree angle as the upper section of the Bent Pyramid, which gives it a noticeably squat appearance compared to other Egyptian pyramids of comparable scale. Construction began during the thirtieth year of Sneferu's reign, based on graffiti associated with the pyramid it took ten years and seven months to build.

Pharaoh Sneferu has constructed three pyramids.

• The first was the Meidum pyramid ,that collapsed in antiquity . 
•  The second was the Bent Pyramid — had the angle of its inclination dramatically altered from 54 to 43 degrees part-way through construction. 
• The third was the red pyramid of our topic today .

Some archaeologists believe that the Meidum pyramid was the first attempt at building a smooth-sided pyramid, and that it may have collapsed when construction of the Bent Pyramid was already well underway  and that the pyramid may by then have already begun to show alarming signs of instability itself, as evidenced by the presence of large timber beams supporting its inner chambers. The outcome of this was the change in inclination of the Bent Pyramid, and the commencement of the later Red Pyramid at an inclination known to be less susceptible to instability and therefore less susceptible to catastrophic collapse.

The Red Pyramid is 104 m high (345 feet).A rare pyramidion, or capstone, for the Red Pyramid has been uncovered and reconstructed, and is now on display at Dahshur. 

A pyramidion is the uppermost piece or capstone of an Egyptian pyramid .They were called it benbenet in the Ancient Egyptian language, it were generally made of diorite, granite, or fine limestone, which were then covered in gold or electrum.

There is a high entrance on the north side , then A passage, 91cm in height and 1.23m wide, slopes down at 27° for 68m to a short horizontal passage leading into a chamber whose corbelled roof is 12.3m high and rises in eleven steps. At the southern end of the chamber ,there is another short horizontal passage leads into the second chamber .The second chamber is similar to the first and lies directly beneath the apex of the pyramid.This gives onto a short horizontal passage that leads to the third and final chamber with a corbelled roof 15m high.

Scientific studies have examined the relationship between coffee consumption and an array of medical conditions.  The differences between beneficial/harmful effects of coffee consumption depends on the differences in methods of preparation ,age ,and coffee consumption [time and frequency of intake].Moderate amounts of coffee are well tolerated by most elderly people. Excessive amounts of coffee, however, can, in many individuals, cause very unpleasant, life-threatening adverse effects.

Coffee consumption has been shown to have minimal or no impact, positive or negative, on cancer development .Some studies suggest coffee consumption reduces the risk of being affected by Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson's disease, heart disease, diabetes mellitus type 2, cirrhosis of the liver, and gout.
Coffee is no longer thought to be a risk factor for coronary heart disease. One study suggests that it may have a mixed effect on short-term memory.
Caffeine has been associated with its ability to act as an antidepressant.
The stimulant effect of coffee is due to its caffeine content. The caffeine content of a cup of coffee varies depending mainly on the brewing method, and also on the variety of bean.The smell of coffee also can restore appetite

القهوة مشروب يعد من بذور البن المحمصة، وينمو البن في أكثر من 70 بلدا فى العالم ويقال أن البن الأخضر هو ثاني أكثر السلع تداولا في العالم بعد النفط الخام 

تعد القهوة واحدة من المشروبات الأكثر شعبية في جميع أنحاء العالم لما لها من تأثير منبه لما تحتويه من ماده الكافيين المنشطه و المنبهه 

و يعتد أن الأثيوبيين كانوا هم أول من اكتشف وتعرف على الأثر المنشط لنبات حبوب القهوة

و قد قامت العديد من الدراسات بالبحث في العلاقة بين استهلاك القهوة وبعض الحالات الطبية، ولا يزال هناك جدال حول ما إذا كانت الآثار العامة للقهوة إيجابية أم سلبية 

فبالنسبه لمرض السرطان فقد تبين أن استهلاك القهوة ليس له أدنى أو أي تأثير ايجابي أو سلبي، في تطور المرض 

 وقد أظهرت دراسات متنوعة أخرى، انخفاض واضح لمخاطر مرض الزهايمر، مرض باركنسون - الشلل الرعاش - و  أمراض القلب، مرض السكري من نوع 2 و كذلك تليف الكبد و مرض النقرس

وهناك دراسة أظهرت أن شرب القهوة و الشاى باعتدال (3-5 أكواب يوميا)  يقلل من الاصابه بمرض الزهايمر

Lotus flower has often been described as the most exquisite wishes of the Mother Nature for the mankind. 

The Meaning Of The World Lotus

Lotus flowers have been influential in cultures across the world from ancient times until today,
from ancient Egypt and India to all across Asia. They have been associated with the human soul, gods and goddesses and featured in stories and legends.  
To the ancient Egyptians, a lotus bud was a symbol of rebirth and fertility. It closes in the evening and falls to the water, but in the morning it opens and is lifted above the surface.Its behavior emulates that of the sun. Because of this rising and setting, it is also a symbol of death and rebirth . 

The lotus( The blue water lily) was commonly used in art as a symbol of Upper Egypt. It was combined with  the long stems papyrus flower (the symbol of Lower Egypt) as a representation of the unification of the two lands ( Upper and Lower Egypt).It  was shown throughout Egypt in tombs and temples to symbolize the union of Upper and Lower Egypt, but the blue water lily had a much deeper significance to the Egyptian people.

The god of the blue water lily was Nefertem, a god not just linked to the sun but to beautification and healing.It was he who brought a water lily to the sun god Ra, to help ease the suffering of his aging body. The perfume of this flower was not only pleasing to the Egyptians, but they saw it as healing as well .Scenes show women holding the water lily and people being offered the flower at parties, smelling its divine fragrance. Some people today believe that the Egyptians used this plant as a narcotic both for its healing qualities and as a recreational drug when soaked in wine, though this is a hotly debated topic.

The blue water lily was possibly also a symbol of sexuality -  the flower "has a sort of Viagra effect". Women were wooed with the blue water lily.

The flower wasn't just used at parties, but it was used at funerals.Tutankhamen's innermost gold coffin had blue water lily petals scattered over it along with a few other floral tributes.The Egyptians looked forward to their souls coming to life "like a water lily reopening", thinking that the deceased died as the water lily closed awaiting opening with the morning sun. The Book of the Dead has a spell to allow the deceased to transform into one of these flowers.
 
As a general The Lotus flower basically symbolizes the clarity of heart as well as the mind. In other words the Lotus flower represents strength, good luck, long life as well as honor and respect. Some scholars have even talked of the lotus flower being a universal representation of the spiritual presence in human lives. 


The Appearance:
 In Egypt, two native species of lotus grew, the white lotus and the blue lotus. A third type, the pink lotus was introduced to the country from Persia during the Late period. All three species were depicted in Egyptian art the pink lotus showed up in Hellenistic artworks, however the sacred blue lotus was the flower most commonly used and the one depicted in the hieroglyph.

معنى زهرة اللوتس 

كانت و مازالت زهرة اللوتس صاحبة تأثيرا في الثقافات في جميع أنحاء العالم من العصور القديمه و حتى يومنا هذا وخاصه عند المصريين القدماء و الهنود و تقريبا كل الآسيويين لارتباطهم بالروح و الآلهه و الأساطير 

عند المصريين القدماء كان برعم الزهره يرمز الى الخصوبه و الى ولادة جديده وهذا بسبب الطبيعه الخلابه للزهره ففى الليل تغلق الزهره اوراقها ونهبط الى مخدعها تحت سطح الماء فى النهر اما فى الصباح الناكر مع شروق الشمس تخرج الزهره من جديد من تحت الماء وتفتح اوراقها مستبشره باليوم الجديد و لهذا كانت رمزا للتفاؤل و العوده للحياه بعد الموت كما هو فى الاستيقاظ بعد النوم و قد شابه سلوك زهره اللوتس الشمس من حيث الزهورنهارا و الاختفاء ليلا 

زهرة اللوتس أو زنبق الماء الأزرق كان يشيع استخدامها في الفن باعتباره رمزا لمصر العليا-صعيد مصر حاليا- ولكن بعد توحيد القطرين الشمالى و الجنوبى اتحدت زهرة اللوتس مع زهرة البردى طويلة الساق لتكون رمزا موحدا لمصر القديمه ولكن كان زنبق الماء الأزرق دلالة أعمق بكثير للشعب المصرى والاقرب الى قلوبهم 

لم يكن عطر هذه الزهره مدعاة للسرور بالنسبه للمصرى القديم فقط وانما كان سببا للشفاء كذلك 

وهناك لوحات قديمه تظهر نساء يقدمن اللوتس للناس و آخرين يشتمون عطرها 

 يعتقد بعض الناس اليوم ان المصريين القدماء قد استعملوا هذا النبات كمهدئ او مخدر بسبب قدراته العلاجيه 

لم تستعمل زهرة اللوتس فى الحفلات فقط ولكن استعملت فى الجنائز ايضا عند المصريين القدماءفقد احتوى التابوت الداخلى لتوت عنخ آمون على بتلات زنبق الماء الأزرق مع بعض الزهور الأخرى فقد اعتقد المصريون القدماء فى عودة الروح الى جسد المتوفى بعد الدفن تشابها مع زهرة اللوتس 

وبصفه عامه فان زهرة اللوتس ترمز الى الصفاء فى النفس و القلب والعقل كما ترمز الى القوة، وحسن الحظ، و طول العمر، فضلا عن الشرف والاحترام 

وكان لبعض علماء اللوتس راى اعم و اروع فهم يعتقدون انها التمثيل العالمي للوجود .

Smoke is a colloid and comprises a collection of airborne solid and liquid particulates and gases emitted when a material undergoes combustion [ the process of burning] or pyrolysis [ is a thermo-chemical decomposition of organic material at elevated temperatures in the absence of oxygen ,occurs under pressure and high temperature] ,together with the quantity of air.

 It is commonly an unwanted by-product of fires (including stoves, candles, oil lamps, and fireplaces).It is also caused by smoking, and ,cooking. Smoke is sometimes used as a flavoring agent, and preservative for various foodstuffs.

 Smoke inhalation is the primary cause of death in victims of indoor fires. The smoke kills by a combination of thermal damage, poisoning and pulmonary irritation caused by carbon monoxide, hydrogen cyanide and other combustion products.



Smoke particles are an aerosol of solid particles and liquid droplets ,a smoke cloud does not obstruct an image, but thoroughly scrambles it.

The composition of smoke depends on the nature of the burning fuel and the conditions of combustion.

Visible and invisible particles of combustion 
Depending on particle size, smoke can be visible or invisible to the naked eye.Smoke from a typical house fire contains hundreds of different chemicals and fumes. As a result, the damage caused by the smoke can often exceed that caused by the actual heat of the fire.

Dangers of smoke   
Many compounds of smoke from fires are highly toxic and/or irritating. The most dangerous is carbon monoxide leading to carbon monoxide poisoning. 
Cigarette smoke is a major modifiable risk factor for lung disease, heart disease, and many cancers.


  

الدخان

 هو عبارة عن جزيئات صغيرة جداً تنتقل عبر الهواء، وتكون إما صلبة أو سائلة أو غازية. وتخرج عند تعرض المادة لعملية احتراق أو تبخر او تفاعلات اخرى ولونه يكون رمادي أو أبيض أو اسود أو بلا لون وهو من الرغويات وأحيانا قد يسبب شم الدخان الاختناق 

     الدخان هو من نواتج الاحتراق الغير مرغوب بها 

وينتج الدخان من الحرائق التى تحدث فى اماكن عديده ومن المصانع وهناك الدخان الذى ينتج عن التفاعلات الكيميائيه و الادويه والتدخين و كذلك الطهى واسباب اخرى عديده 

وتكمن خطوره الدخان فى انه يسبب الاختناق فى كثير من الاحيان وكذلك التسمم فى احيان اخرى بسبب بعض نواتج الاحتراق مثل اول و ثانى اكسيد الكربون 

ويسبب الدخان عدم وضوح الرؤيه وليس انعدامها تماما و يعتمد هذا على حجم الجزيئات الناتجه عن الاحتراق و عددها 

وقانا الله جميعا شر الحرائق و الدخان

Physical bubbles

1- Liquid bubble:
A bubble is a globule of one substance in another, usually gas in a liquid. Due to the Marangoni effect[ is the mass transfer along an interface between two fluids due to surface tension gradient], bubbles may remain intact when they reach the surface of the immersive substance. 

Some Examples : 

• As water vapor in boiling water.
• As air mixed into agitated water, such as below a waterfall.
•  As sea foam.

As seen from the Earth [ Earth (or the Earth) is the third planet from the Sun and the densest and fifth-largest of the eight planets in the Solar System.], a solar eclipse occurs when the Moon passes between the Sun and the Earth, and the Moon [The Moon is Earth's only natural satellite and the fifth largest satellite in the Solar System.]fully or partially covers the Sun as viewed from a location on Earth. This can only happen during a new moon, when the Sun and Moon are in conjunction as seen from Earth. At least two, and up to five, solar eclipses occur each year.

The last total solar eclipse was the solar eclipse of July 11, 2010; the next will be the solar eclipse of November 13, 2012.

A total solar eclipse is a natural phenomenon. Nevertheless, in ancient times, and in some cultures today, solar eclipses have been attributed to supernatural causes or regarded as bad omens [ An omen is a phenomenon that is believed to foretell the future]. A total solar eclipse can be frightening to people who are unaware of their astronomical explanation, as the Sun seems to disappear during the day and the sky darkens in a matter of minutes. 


Types of Solar eclipse 
There are four types of solar eclipses:

1. A total eclipse ,occurs when the dark shadow of the Moon completely obscures the  bright disk of the Sun,allowing the much fainter solar corona to be visible. [ A corona is a type of plasma "atmosphere" of the Sun , extending millions of kilometers into space .The Greek root of the word corona means crown.]
2. An annular eclipse occurs when the Sun and Moon are exactly in line, but the apparent size of the Moon is smaller than that of the Sun. Hence the Sun appears as a very bright ring, or annulus, surrounding the outline of the Moon. 
3. A hybrid eclipse (also called annular/total eclipse) shifts between a total and annular eclipse. At some points on the surface of the Earth it appears as a total eclipse, whereas at others it appears as annular. Hybrid eclipses are comparatively rare. 
4. A partial eclipse occurs when the Sun and Moon are not exactly in line and the Moon only partially obscures the Sun.

Viewing the Sun during partial and annular eclipses requires special eye protection, or indirect viewing methods, to block the harmful part of the Sun's radiation to protect the eyes from being damaged.

Sunglasses do not make viewing the sun safe. Only properly designed and certified solar filters should be used for direct viewing of the Sun's disk.

The safest way to view the Sun's disk is by indirect projection. This can be done by projecting an image of the disk onto a white piece of paper or card using a pair of binoculars (with one of the lenses covered), a telescope, or another piece of cardboard with a small hole in it (about 1 mm diameter), often called a pinhole camera.

Red Sea البحر الاحمر

The Red Sea is a seawater inlet of the Indian Ocean, lying between Africa and Asia.The connection to the ocean is in the south through the Bab el Mandeb strait and the Gulf of Aden. In the north, there is the Sinai Peninsula, the Gulf of Aqaba, and the Gulf of Suez leading to the Suez Canal .

The Name
Red Sea is a direct translation of the Greek Erythra Thalassa . Arabic Al-Baḥr Al-Aḥmar or Baḥr Al-Qalzam.The name of the sea may signify the seasonal blooms of the red-coloured Trichodesmium erythraeum[ is a type of filamentous cyanobacteria] near the water's surface.
Another hypothesis is that the name comes from the Himyarite, a local group whose own name means red.
It is theorized that it was named so because it borders the Egyptian Desert, which the ancient Egyptians called the Dashret or "red land"; therefore it would have been the sea of the red land.The mountains surrounding the red sea [ Red Sea Mountains]is high and reddish in color.
The Red Sea is one of four seas named in English with color terms [ the Black Sea, the White Sea and the Yellow Sea].

Its History
The earliest known exploration of the Red Sea was conducted by Ancient Egyptians, as they attempted to establish commercial routes to Punt [type of boats]. One such expedition took place around 2500 BC, and another around 1500 BC. Both involved long voyages down the Red Sea.
Along the history there were many attempts to connect The Red Sea with The White Sea ,that ends with The Suez Canal ,that was opened in November 1869.

The Tourism
The sea is known for its spectacular sport diving sites, such as Ras Mohammed ,and Rocky Island in Egypt and less known sites in Sudan such as Sanganeb, Abington, Angarosh and Shaab Rumi .Popular tourist resorts include El Gouna, Hurghada, Safaga, Marsa Alam, on the western shore of the Red Sea, and Sharm-El-Sheikh, Dahab, and Taba on the Egyptian side of Sinaï, as well as Aqaba in Jordan and Eilat in Israel in an area known as the Red Sea Riviera.
Tourism in the South of the Red Sea is presently considered risky because of the presence of pirates originating from uncontrolled zones of Somalia. Large vessels such as cargoes are sometimes attacked by heavily armed high-speed boats. The situation is even worse in the Gulf of Aden between Somalia and Yemen.

Under the red sea you can see different colors and shapes of fish. I had never dive under the red sea but I had tried to imagine what is there and I designed that picture .

 I designed it with Illustrator ,using the Symbol Panel ,Free Transform to adjust the size[ scale] direction .

نبذة عن البحر الحمر

البحر الأحمر هو مدخل مياه البحر من المحيط الهندي، الواقع بين أفريقيا وآسيا. يتصل بالمحيطالهندي من الجنوب من خلال باب المندب وخليج عدن. 

وفي الشمال يتفرع إلى خليج العقبة، وخليج السويس و المؤدى إلى قناة السويس و تقع شبه جزيرة سيناء بين الخليجين .

ويسمية العرب بـ (بحر القُلْزُم) بضم القاف وسكون اللام وضم الزاي

سبب تسميته

*** البحر الأحمر هي ترجمة مباشرة للكلمة اليونانية إريثرا ثالاسا

*** وهناك فرضيات أخرى هي 

--- أن الاسم قد أتي من قبيلة حمير التي كانت تقطن فى اليمن.

--- وأيضا أيد بعض العلماء العصريين نظرية أن الأحمر هو اسم يشير إلى اتجاه الجنوب، كما البحر الاسود قد يشير إلى الشمال. وعلى أساس هذه النظرية بعض اللغات الآسيوية تستخدم أسماء الألوان للإشارة إلى الاتجاهات السماوية . وقد كان هيرودوت في المناسبة الواحدة يستخدم كلمة البحر الأحمر وبحر الجنوب بشكل متبادل.

---  ونظرية أخرى للتسمية لأن حدود البحر الأحمر على الصحراء المصرية ، والتي كان القدماء المصريين يسمونها Dashret أو "الأرض الحمراء"

البحر الأحمر أحد الأربعة بحار المسماة بأسماء الألوان والأخرى هى البحر الأسود، البحر الأبيض والبحر الاصفر(يقع فى كوريا الشماليه و الجنوبية).

الموارد الحية

** يوجد أكثر من 1200 نوع من الأسماك التي سجلت في البحر الأحمر، و حوالي 10 ٪ منها لاتوجد في الأماكن الأخرى. وهذا يشمل أيضا 42 نوعا من أسماك المياه العميقة. 

** يوجد به 2000 كيلومتر (1240 ميل) من الشعاب المرجانية على امتداد الساحل، وعمر هذه الشعاب المتاخمة يتراوح ما بين 5000-7000 سنة .

و من أهم مدن البحر الأحمر الغردقة و سفاجا و شرم الشيخ و دهب و طابا و رأس محمد و السويس و العين السخنه و غيرهم
