القهوة مشروب يعد من بذور البن المحمصة، وينمو البن في أكثر من 70 بلدا فى العالم ويقال أن البن الأخضر هو ثاني أكثر السلع تداولا في العالم بعد النفط الخام
تعد القهوة واحدة من المشروبات الأكثر شعبية في جميع أنحاء العالم لما لها من تأثير منبه لما تحتويه من ماده الكافيين المنشطه و المنبهه
و يعتد أن الأثيوبيين كانوا هم أول من اكتشف وتعرف على الأثر المنشط لنبات حبوب القهوة
و قد قامت العديد من الدراسات بالبحث في العلاقة بين استهلاك القهوة وبعض الحالات الطبية، ولا يزال هناك جدال حول ما إذا كانت الآثار العامة للقهوة إيجابية أم سلبية
فبالنسبه لمرض السرطان فقد تبين أن استهلاك القهوة ليس له أدنى أو أي تأثير ايجابي أو سلبي، في تطور المرض
وقد أظهرت دراسات متنوعة أخرى، انخفاض واضح لمخاطر مرض الزهايمر، مرض باركنسون - الشلل الرعاش - و أمراض القلب، مرض السكري من نوع 2 و كذلك تليف الكبد و مرض النقرس
وهناك دراسة أظهرت أن شرب القهوة و الشاى باعتدال (3-5 أكواب يوميا) يقلل من الاصابه بمرض الزهايمر
يمكن أن يؤدي تناول القهوة إلى زياده الحموضه بالمعده و كذلك نقص الحديد وفقر الدم

Open the picture in Photoshop
- Select the white background with the Quick Selection Tool .
- Reverse the selection .From the Selection Menu select Inverse .
- Refine edge of the selection [ from the Refine Edge button in the option menu and do the same as the diagram ]
- copy the cup picture [ Ctrl + C while it is selected ]
- Open new document with double the hieght of the original picture and the same width with the color you like you can also apply gradient .
- Copy the cup to the new document [Ctrl + v]
- Add new layer and make oval selection and fill it with brown [ the coffee] adjust it with the Transform Tool .
- Add new layer and with the brush tool draw curved twisted lines to resemble the smoke .
- With the Smudge Tool press and drag to resemble the smoke .Choose the brush size suitable for the look of the smoke .
- Save your work.
