My First Visit to Paris *** the Third part

Really I was surprised when I saw Egyptian antiquities in the Louvre Museum. About both quantity and quality. I had discovered that what we studied was not enough.

I saw Egyptian antiquities from the Pharaonic era, ,Romanian era, Coptic civilization and civilization of the Nile Valley ,Upper Egypt and Sudan, which was formerly part of Egypt. The Egyptian department contains more than 50 thousand pieces of great archaeological placed in a wonderful places.

I saw the statues of the Egyptian writer of various eras and statues of ancient Egyptian gods such as Isis, Osiris, Set, and Thoth (goddess of wisdom when the Pharaohs), and a great coffins such as the size of the ark of the King Ramses II.
But all of this did not surprise me because we all know that, and we had studied it in the schools, what surprised me
will write to you with the pictures now.

I liked that our grandparents -the Pharaohs -  were interested in all beauty aspects and they decorate every thing and you will see with pictures with me.

It surprised me to find a statue of a woman wearing a bra which shows the progress reached by the ancient Pharaohs.

The Cannon of Breakfast of Ramadan

The Cannon of Ramadan is the cannon used as an announcement for the breakfast time to tell the public about this appointment.

It is a tradition in many Muslim countries so that the country's army fired an artillery shells sound at the moment of announcing the sunset date for the breakfast and break the fast during Ramadan.

Cairo the capital of Egypt was the first city where the cannon of Ramadan was launched . At the location of the Citadel of Salah al-Din.

Historical Overview History suggests that the Muslims - in the month of Ramadan - during the days of the Prophet Muhammad, (peace be upon him) eat and drink from sunset until bedtime, He began to use prayer's call ( adhaan ) by Bilal and Ibn Umm Maktoum as an announcing for the end of the breakfast of the day. Muslims have tried throughout history - and with more space and the spatial spread of Islam - to invent different ways to the prayer's call of the announcement date for the breakfast, until the cannon appeared to exist .

The story of the cannon of breakfast in Cairo

The Cannon of Breakfast of Ramadan
Cairo was the first city where it started at Ramadan. A novel that the appearance of the cannon came about by accident, there was no deliberate intention to use for this purpose at all.
There are two stories:

Hatshepsut Female Pharaoh of Egypt ؛ Foremost of Noble Ladies.[Part II] حتشبسوت الجزء الثانى

Here we have the second part of the story of the great queen Hatshepsut of Pharaonic Egypt .
Hatshepsut assumed the position of pharaoh and the length of her reign usually is given as twenty-two years .
Hatshepsut
Official lauding

Hyperbole is common, virtually, to all royal inscriptions of Egyptian history. While all ancient leaders used it to laud their achievements, Hatshepsut has been called the most accomplished pharaoh at promoting her accomplishments.

SOME ILLUSTRATOR DESIGNES

Here are some Illustrator designs .
I chose one symbol and group it in different positions and I had added it to a background.I added then style to both the symbol and the background.
That's all .
I think it can be desktop background.

Illustrator .

For this design the style gave thread like  background

With different style for the background.you can get different effect .Like the next design .

Different style for the  background  gave smooth glowing effect and new look for the design .

The same style for the background  with different colour for different taste

Cloth like style for the background and different look for different styles for the same symbol.

Primitive life and African dance with illustrator as I had imagined it  .It is hand drawing style
That is the same symbol with some changes and again different style . As you can see I had changed some colours of the symbol, with some changes for the symbol itself .

I hope you liked my idea and it was clear .
Thanks

Hatshepsut ؛ Foremost of Noble Ladies.[Part I]حتشبسوت الملكه المصريه الفرعونيه العظيمه

What do you know about Hatchopsut?
Hatchepsut; meaning Foremost of Noble Ladies.
1508–1458 BC) was the fifth pharaoh of the eighteenth dynasty of Ancient Egypt. She is generally regarded by Egyptologists as one of the most successful pharaohs, reigning longer than any other woman of an indigenous Egyptian dynasty.

Her Reign
Hatshepsut was given a reign of about twenty-two years by ancient authors .
Although it was uncommon for Egypt to be ruled by a woman, the situation was not unprecedented.

In comparison with other female pharaohs, Hatshepsut's reign was much longer and prosperous. She was successful in warfare early in her reign, but generally is considered to be a pharaoh who inaugurated a long peaceful era. She re-established trading relationships lost during a foreign occupation and brought great wealth to Egypt. That wealth enabled Hatshepsut to initiate building projects that raised the calibre of Ancient Egyptian architecture to a standard, comparable to classical architecture, that would not be rivaled by any other culture for a thousand years.

Her Building projects
Hatshepsut was one of the most prolific builders in ancient Egypt, commissioning hundreds of construction projects throughout both Upper Egypt and Lower Egypt, that were grander and more numerous than those of any of her Middle Kingdom predecessors. Later pharaohs attempted to claim some of her projects as their's.

During her reign she employed the great architect Ineni, who also had worked for her father, and her husband.

[Ineni was an Ancient Egyptian architect and government official of the 18th Dynasty, responsible for major construction projects under the pharaohs Amenhotep I,Thutmose I, Thutmose II and the joint reigns of Hatshepsut and Thutmose III.
He  came from an aristocratic family. He had many titles, including Superintendent of the Granaries, Superintendent of the Royal Buildings, Superintendent of the Workmen in the Karnak Treasuries.]

Some of her projects :
*Following the tradition of most pharaohs, Hatshepsut had monuments constructed at the Temple of Karnak.
*She also restored the original Precinct of Mut, the ancient great goddess of Egypt, at Karnak that had been ravaged by the foreign rulers during the Hyksos occupation. It later was ravaged by other pharaohs, who took one part after another to use in their pet projects and awaits restoration.
*She had twin obelisks, at the time the tallest in the world, erected at the entrance to the temple. One still stands, as the tallest surviving ancient obelisk on Earth; the other has broken in two and toppled.
*Karnak's Red Chapel, or Chapelle Rouge :have stood between her two obelisks. It was lined with carved stones that depicted significant events in Hatshepsut's life.
*She later ordered the construction of two more obelisks to celebrate her sixteenth year as pharaoh; one of the obelisks broke during construction, and thus, a third was constructed to replace it. The broken obelisk was left at its quarrying site in Aswan, where it still remains. Known as The Unfinished Obelisk, it demonstrates how obelisks were quarried.
*Following the tradition of many pharaohs, the masterpiece of Hatshepsut's building projects was her mortuary temple. She built hers in a complex at Deir el-Bahri. It was designed and implemented by Senemut at a site on the West Bank of the Nile River near the entrance to what now is called the Valley of the Kings because of all the pharaohs who later chose to associate their complexes with the grandeur of hers. Her buildings were the first grand ones planned for that location .

For the second part
Thank you
